Privacy Policy

Effective 22 September 2026. This policy explains how Jafer Naqvi Hosted Web Solutions and Naqvi CMS (we, us, or our) handle personal information.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide in enquiries and service requests, including your name, email address, business name, preferred domain, message, and any later account, billing, website, or support information you choose to provide.

Our systems may also record technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps, request identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, authentication events, and service logs.

Website analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand website use. The site assigns an anonymous identifier to your browser and records page paths viewed and link destinations selected. Analytics does not collect names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses. It is disabled when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Reports cover the latest 30 days and raw analytics events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare and provide services, manage accounts and domains, operate and secure websites and Naqvi CMS, provide support, issue invoices, meet legal obligations, and improve our services.

Disclosure and hosting

We disclose information only where reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with law, or protect our systems. Providers may include Amazon Web Services, email providers, domain registrars, payment or accounting providers, and professional advisers. Our primary service infrastructure is configured in Australia, but a provider may process support, account, or operational data in another country under its own terms.

Storage, security, and retention

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service is completely secure. We retain enquiry and service information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes above, our records, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

Your choices and enquiries

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, withdraw optional communications, or make a privacy complaint through our website enquiry form. We may need to verify your identity. We will investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable period.

Updates

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
