Service Terms

Effective 20 September 2026. These terms explain the basis on which Jafer Naqvi Hosted Web Solutions and Naqvi CMS offer website services. A quotation or signed service agreement may add or replace terms for a particular customer.

Service scope

An enquiry does not create a service contract. Work begins only after we confirm scope, price, responsibilities, and any required third-party services in writing.

Pricing

Eligible basic, low-usage websites start from a total monthly service price of AUD 5. The applicable price may increase with cloud usage, active features, optional services, domains, third-party charges, taxes, or support requirements. We disclose the applicable recurring price and known mandatory charges before activation. Prices and inclusions may change prospectively with reasonable notice.

No-upfront-fee development

References to free feature development mean that we do not charge a separate upfront development labour fee for features we accept into the hosted service. Acceptance, scope, design, priority, delivery timing, ongoing availability, and technical approach must be agreed with us. Third-party licences, usage charges, external specialists, data migration, content production, domain fees, and unusually intensive or customer-specific work are not included unless confirmed in writing.

Support

Reasonable launch support and adjustments are included for the first six months from launch. Small, occasional support requests may remain free at our discretion. Frequent, urgent, operationally intensive, or guaranteed-response support requires a separate support agreement. Platform defects will be assessed and corrected within a reasonable period according to severity; this is not a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, hold the necessary rights to content and data you supply, keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and review content before publication. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious material.

Domains and third parties

When we acquire or manage a domain on your behalf, registrar availability, renewal, transfer, eligibility, and third-party terms apply. Unless otherwise agreed, domain and third-party charges are passed through to you. We do not guarantee that a requested domain or external service will remain available.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you provide and grant us permission to host, reproduce, adapt, and publish it only as needed to provide the service. We retain rights in Naqvi CMS, reusable platform code, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials. Rights in custom deliverables are governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care in providing the service, but maintenance, third-party failures, security events, and internet conditions may affect availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.

Ending service

Either party may end service according to the applicable quotation or service agreement. Outstanding charges remain payable. Export, retention, deletion, domain transfer, and transition arrangements depend on the service and must be agreed in writing.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions can be sent through our website enquiry form.
